Online Shop terms and conditions

The following provisions apply in respect of any order for the supply of goods:


•We cannot sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

•We reserve the right not to accept any order and the right to refuse to make a delivery is at our discretion.

•All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.

•To place an order you must fill out the order form and click on 'submit'.

•The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.

•Once an order is accepted, confirmation will be provided to you and you should print off and retain a copy for you records.


•Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete your order.

•We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 days of the date of your order. However, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting an item to you within that time. 

•Where delivery requires a signatory upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and will telephone to rearrange or will return later that day. In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the items, a further delivery charge may become payable.

•A delivery charge of £10 will be applied to each order.

•We deliver to the UK only (including Northern Ireland).


•All prices are inclusive of UK VAT, unless otherwise stated. The price of an item does not include the delivery charge.

•Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.

•Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown for items are accurate at the time you make your order. However, occasionally an error may occur and the prices shown for items may be incorrect. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

•We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Cancellation of order

•You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days from the day after the day of delivery by contacting us on Should you decide to cancel within this period, all charges to you (other than the delivery charges) will be refunded. If the item(s) have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and we will refund payment (including delivery charges) accordingly. If the item(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, you can refuse to sign for the delivery so that the item(s) are returned to us and we will refund you all charges (other than the delivery charges) accordingly. If you have the items, the provisions for returns below will apply. For Beer Club members a 1 week notice period is required prior to the next due installment. This can be done via email at the aforementioned address.


•We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase but should you wish to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

•If you are unhappy with any of the items in any way please return them to us within seven working days from the day after the day of delivery in a merchantable condition and we will happily refund or exchange the item(s).
In order to receive a refund you will need to provide us with your order confirmation number for the items you wish to return. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we are in breach of the terms of our contract with you, or alternatively our cost of recovering them in the event that you fail to return them. Unless we are in breach of the terms of our contract with you or we have not yet dispatched the items, there will no refund of delivery charges.

•If the product is delivered damaged or the wrong product is sent in error, please contact us at and we will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible and for the damaged/wrong goods to be collected. If the item ordered is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product or give you the opportunity of a full refund including your delivery charges and costs to return the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

•These product terms and conditions are subject to Scots law. Each contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with Scots law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
